"I’ve used this State Farm agency for renters insurance since 2021, soon after I got my first apartment. I remember the process being fairly simple when I initially signed up, and the policy itself was plenty affordable. Fast forward to this most recent year when I left my first apartment, moved into a small house, and am now moving into another apartment soon. This agency has helped me adjust my policy as needed, seemingly effortlessly! More recently, Stacey helped me through my upcoming move, which I have been SO stressed about. I was worried that I would delay things by giving them such short notice on a policy change request (I needed the change within 72 hours) and Stacey assured me it was no big deal and she could have my policy updated that same day. Literally within the hour she had sent my new policy over so I could forward it to my leasing office! My leasing office also requested an additional document be signed attesting I was using an outside provider (I decided to stick with State Farm because I had never heard of the company the leasing office referred me to), and I felt SO BAD asking Stacey to help me more than she already had. Again, she had the document signed, scanned, and sent back to me within the hour! I absolutely cannot thank her and this agency enough for being so kind and timely when adjusting my policies to fit my new residences. Also, off topic, but they also send me a birthday card every year! Super wordy review but I have had such a great experience with this agency (and Stacey!!) and needed to share!"
